Nicole + Christian had a beautiful intimate backyard wedding on May 4, 2019. This was a special wedding for me to do because it was my family too. I loved being able to capture my cousin’s beautiful portraits. Nicole was absolutely stunning in her gorgeous blush ballgown. I loved all the details and all those layers because it was perfect for twirling. Christian was handsome as always in his gray suit and blush bowtie. They were so easy to photograph and I always got plenty of shots of them laughing and having fun.

We had a fairly uneventful day until the rain started coming in and had to keep running inside in between portraits but we were able to get them done. The ceremony was beautiful but a little rushed because of a huge rain storm that came at the end which had everyone scrambling to the tent. But once everyone was in the tent everyone got to enjoy some delicious food and of course cake.

The night ended in me getting to take their last portrait under the big Oak tree that was lit up with white fairy lights and paper lanterns. They definitely have a true love for each other and I wish them a life time of happiness!
