How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide session details and booking links, manage appointments, arrange portrait reveals, fulfill orders, and communicate about our photography services.

With appropriate consent, we may send promotional emails or text messages. Submitting an inquiry form does not reserve an appointment or automatically enroll you in marketing text messages.

Service Providers

We use Squarespace to host our website, Go High Level, also known as HighLevel or LeadConnector, to manage inquiries and communications, and Acuity Scheduling to manage appointments. Payment providers process payments through our booking and purchasing services.

These providers may process information necessary to perform services on our behalf. Their own privacy policies also describe how they handle information.

Facebook, Instagram, and Advertising

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and may collect information through their instant forms.

When enabled, Meta Pixel and Conversions API help us measure advertising results and improve our campaigns. We may share website activity, inquiry status, booking status, and matching identifiers, such as a Meta lead ID or email address, with Meta. Depending on the integration settings and applicable permissions, matching information may also include a phone number. Meta processes this information under its own policies.

Text messaging consent records are not provided to Meta for advertising purposes.

Text Messages and Mobile Information

If you separately opt in to text messages, we may send messages about your inquiry, appointments, or promotional offers according to the consent you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us using the details below.

We do not sell or rent your mobile information. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing. Providers that deliver messages on our behalf may process the information necessary to provide that service.

Any use of a phone number for advertising measurement is separate from permission to send text messages and requires applicable permissions.

Other Disclosures

We do not rent or sell our customer contact lists. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our clients, business, or legal rights.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link and stop text messages by replying STOP. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
