The 30–35 minute experience includes personalized time with Santa, cookie decorating, Santa’s workshop, a special gift, and professionally created fine-art portraits. After Your Santa Experience
After your Santa Experience, we will contact you to schedule your private image reveal appointment, either in person at the studio or through Zoom. During your reveal, you will view your finished portraits and select the images, storybook albums, gift prints, or wall art you would love to purchase.
Reveal appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. Responding promptly to scheduling messages and completing your selections helps prevent delays in ordering your finished products.
Portrait products and digital image collections are purchased separately and begin at $195.00

Q: Where is the Santa Experience located?
The Santa Experience is held at Keisha Williams Fine Art Photography in downtown Chipley, Florida. We have been providing this experience for over 8 years now! Families regularly travel from Panama City, 30A, Marianna, Tallahassee, Dothan, Enterprise, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, and surrounding communities.
Q: What if my child is scared or cries when meeting Santa? A: That’s completely okay. We never rush. We take our time, gently encourage your child, and allow parents or grandparents to join in the experience to help comfort them.
Q: How many children can participate? A: We allow up to 4 children (including grandchildren). ****If you have 5 or more children please reach out before you book! They’ll go through the experience together, and if you'd like separate pictures of different family sets, we’ll capture those at the end.
Q: Can I be in the photos too? A: Absolutely! Parents and grandparents are welcome to participate, especially if it helps the child feel safe and engaged. We recommend dressing appropriately just in case you need to jump in.
Q: Will the photos be edited? A: Yes! All images are professionally edited and retouched in a magical fine art style.
Q: Can I purchase albums or prints? A: Yes. We offer beautiful heirloom-quality products including custom storybook albums, wall art, and gift prints. You’ll get to view your images during a reveal session and choose your favorites.
Q: When is this held? A: The Santa Experience is offered during October and the first week of November each year. This schedule allows time for image editing, reveal appointments, product selections, and ordering before Christmas.
Q: When should we enter the studio?
A: Please remain in your vehicle until you receive a text message letting you know it is time to come inside. This helps us keep every family’s Santa Experience private, uninterrupted, and truly magical.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Because personalized cookies, gifts, and Santa’s list are prepared in advance for your family, all payments become nonrefundable for cancellations made within five calendar days of your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling may be offered when availability allows, but another appointment cannot be guaranteed.
